Advanced Orthotic Designs warranties all products of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. No other warranty is expressed or implied and our liabilities are limited to the cost of the defective material or product only.
We suggest the customer consult with their physician prior to wearing the product. No guarantees are offered nor implied.
Returned Goods Policy
- Products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Products that are altered, or obsolete may not be returned for credit.
- Original order number or packing slip must be provided with return goods.
- Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) from Advanced Orthotic Designs customer service department. Please call 801-226-1110.
- The (R.A.N.) authorizes your company to return the products, but does not guarantee that credit will be issued until Advanced Orthotic Designs can inspect the products.
